📋 Description

• Lead a team of 5–6 professionals, developing territory growth strategies. • Engage with customers in oil & gas, aerospace, energy, and general manufacturing. • Manage direct reports and maintain relationships with distributors and end-users. • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential. • Align team goals with Seco’s Sales Blueprint and Initiative 2030 priorities. • Champion collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. • Drive performance through disciplined sales management and pipeline accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administration—or equivalent practical experience. • 5–7 years of experience in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales preferred. • 3+ years in a people-leadership role. • Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets. • Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development. • Strong understanding of CRM systems, analytics, and digital engagement tools. • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Gulf Coast region. • Experience as a sales leader in a manufacturing industry is required.
