📋 Description

• Act as Branch Engagement Manager (BEM) supporting European region on a multi-$100M global client account • Drive program performance via training, support, and insights to security operations managers, finance, HR and branch teams • Serve as primary point of contact for branch program matters, liaising with regional and area leadership teams • Provide SME for account requirements: officer selection, recruitment, invoicing, safety engagement, pre-assignment client-required training • Implement processes and execute datacenter-specific account requirements at branches • Evaluate Branch SOPs, recommend improvements and standardize processes and service delivery • Monitor compliance with staffing levels and site scheduling, control labour costs • Train and coach regional and branch leadership on datacenter requirements and champion new initiatives • Monitor key metrics including branch scorecards, operational performance and financial indicators and recommend enhancements • Travel ~30%, work nights/weekends for high priority events, and support 24/7 global security environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in physical security, contract security, or client account management • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and workforce planning • Prior exposure to datacenter environments highly desirable • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence without authority • Skilled in coaching, delegating, and resolving issues constructively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate across teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with profit and loss management, scheduling, and service delivery performance • Willingness and ability to travel (~30%) and have a valid passport • Legal right to work in the country where the position is located • Willing to undergo pre-employment screening, background check and possibly drug screening • Reliable means of communication and transportation • For employment within Securitas Sverige AB: approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and approval by Länsstyrelsen for employment in an authorized security company; possible security vetting under Säkerhetsskyddslag
