📋 Description
• Verantwoordelijk voor de operationele, administratieve, commerciële, HR- en financiële aspecten van toegewezen branches. • Beheren van een team van ongeveer 100 medewerkers (rechtstreeks en onrechtstreeks). • Opstellen en opvolgen van businessplannen en budgetten. • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor P&L, productiviteit en facturatie. • Detecteren van klantbehoeften en commerciële opportuniteiten (upselling, cross-selling). • Zorgen voor een vlekkeloze operationele uitvoering van contracten en SLA’s. • Toezien op compliance met opleidingen, certificeringen, HR-beleid, CAO’s, veiligheids- en gezondheidsrichtlijnen. • Actief bijdragen aan personeelsplanning, talentontwikkeling en retentie. • Onderhouden van constructieve sociale relaties en vertegenwoordiging in vakbondsoverleg. • Kwaliteitscontrole en administratieve opvolging. • Rapporteren rechtstreeks aan de Area Director en samenwerken met HR, planning, kwaliteit en andere ondersteunende afdelingen.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. • Minstens 4 tot 6 jaar relevante ervaring in klantgerichte dienstverlening, operationele aansturing en people management. • Grondige kennis van de beveiligingssector, bij voorkeur event security. • Basiskennis van beveiligingstechnologie en bedrijfsbeheer. • Vlotte beheersing met een analytische geest rond workforce management tools, facturatie- en rapportagetools (Power BI, mySecuritas, enz.). • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten, hands-on mentaliteit en oplossingsgericht denken. • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en commercieel inzicht. • Flexibel, empathisch en een echte teamspeler. • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en sterk in het creëren van synergieën. • Stressbestendig en kan werken in een veeleisende omgeving. • Je spreekt Nederlands met een zeer goede kennis Frans en Engels.
