📋 Description

• Leads business development activity across the Data Centre sector, identifying and converting new opportunities • Builds and executes a strategic growth plan for Data Centres across EMEA • Develops a strong pipeline across new clients, projects, and frameworks • Builds and strengthens relationships with key stakeholders including developers, operators, consultants, and contractors • Establishes credibility as a sector expert, understanding operational, technical, and commercial drivers in Data Centres • Creates long-term partnerships that support repeat business and multi-site opportunities • Leads the full sales lifecycle, from early engagement through to contract award and handover • Shapes tailored, high-quality proposals aligned to client needs, technical requirements, and commercial expectations • Works closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to delivery capability • Partners with internal teams including Sales, Design, Operations, and Finance to deliver joined-up solutions • Applies Fire & Security expertise to inform solution design, costing, and delivery strategy within Data Centre environments

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant education or vocational background in security technology, engineering, or a related commercial discipline • Experience in the Data Centre, critical infrastructure, or similar technical environments • Background in business development, consultative sales, or strategic account growth • Understanding of Fire & Security systems and lifecycle considerations • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across complex, multi-site organisations
