📋 Description
• Take on a central role in managing and further developing the existing product portfolio • Ensure professional administration and optimization of the products • Support operational activities and ensure high process quality • Design processes and policies in areas such as ordering and contract management • Create and coordinate product-related documentation and reporting • Organize product-specific training and support internal colleagues
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial/business vocational training (apprenticeship, Matura/secondary school diploma, or university degree) • Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in a comparable position • Good market knowledge and broad expertise in the field of security services • Proficient in MS Office • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Proactive, reliable and independent working style • Communicative, outgoing and service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
