⢠Manage a designated portfolio of clients ⢠Lead a team of approximately 50 security staff ⢠Organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and employees ⢠Maintain and further develop existing client relationships ⢠Market monitoring and new customer acquisition ⢠Advise clients on all security and service-related matters ⢠Continuously optimize service delivery and internal operational processes ⢠Disciplinary leadership, supervision, oversight and allocation of responsibilities for subordinate team members
⢠Completed commercial/business qualification (Matura or degree) ⢠At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role ⢠Experience in staff leadership and client management, ideally including sales responsibilities ⢠Commercial/business acumen ⢠Excellent German and English language skills ⢠Driving license (Class B) ⢠Confident demeanour paired with strong communication skills ⢠Good PC skills and an interest in technology
