📋 Description

• Manage a designated portfolio of clients • Lead a team of approximately 50 security staff • Organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and employees • Maintain and further develop existing client relationships • Market monitoring and new customer acquisition • Advise clients on all security and service-related matters • Continuously optimize service delivery and internal operational processes • Disciplinary leadership, supervision, oversight and allocation of responsibilities for subordinate team members

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business qualification (Matura or degree) • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role • Experience in staff leadership and client management, ideally including sales responsibilities • Commercial/business acumen • Excellent German and English language skills • Driving license (Class B) • Confident demeanour paired with strong communication skills • Good PC skills and an interest in technology
