📋 Description

• Manage a selected group of clients • Lead a team of approximately 50 security personnel • Actively develop and maintain sustainable client relationships • Hold organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and employees • Support and further develop existing clients • Monitor the market and acquire new clients, in close cooperation with your supervisor • Advise clients on all security and service-related matters • Continuously optimize services and internal operational processes (improving efficiency, profitability and quality) • Provide disciplinary leadership, support, supervision and management of subordinate team members, including duty scheduling and performance monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial/business qualification (Matura or university degree) • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role • Experience in staff leadership and client management, ideally with sales-related responsibilities • Strong business acumen • Excellent German and English skills • Driver's license (category B) • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills • Good PC/user skills and an interest in technology
