• Responsible for a designated portfolio of clients • Lead a team of approximately 50 security service employees • Organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and staff • Account management and development of existing clients • Market monitoring and acquisition of new clients • Advise clients on all security and service-related matters • Continuous optimization of service delivery • Disciplinary leadership, support, supervision and coordination of subordinate team members
• Completed commercial/business education (e.g., Matura or degree) • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role • Experience in staff leadership and client management, ideally with sales responsibilities • Strong business acumen • Excellent German and English skills • Driving licence (Category B) • Professional appearance combined with strong communication skills • Good PC user skills and an interest in technology
