📋 Description

• Manage a selected client portfolio • Lead a team of approximately 50 security personnel • Organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and staff • Account management and development of existing clients • Market monitoring and new client acquisition in close collaboration with your supervisor • Advise clients on all security and service matters • Continuous optimization of services and internal operational processes • Disciplinary leadership, supervision, control and deployment of subordinate team members, including duty scheduling and performance monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business education (Matura or university degree) • Minimum 2 years' professional experience in a comparable role • Experience in staff leadership and client management, ideally with sales responsibilities • Business acumen • Excellent German and English language skills • Valid driver's license (category B) • Professional demeanor combined with strong communication skills • Good IT skills and an interest in technology
