⢠Manage a selected client portfolio ⢠Lead a team of approximately 50 security personnel ⢠Organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and staff ⢠Account management and development of existing clients ⢠Market monitoring and new client acquisition in close collaboration with your supervisor ⢠Advise clients on all security and service matters ⢠Continuous optimization of services and internal operational processes ⢠Disciplinary leadership, supervision, control and deployment of subordinate team members, including duty scheduling and performance monitoring
⢠Completed commercial/business education (Matura or university degree) ⢠Minimum 2 years' professional experience in a comparable role ⢠Experience in staff leadership and client management, ideally with sales responsibilities ⢠Business acumen ⢠Excellent German and English language skills ⢠Valid driver's license (category B) ⢠Professional demeanor combined with strong communication skills ⢠Good IT skills and an interest in technology
