• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security/technical sales and management. • Proven success in B2B sales, with strong presentation and communication skills. • Deep understanding of security technologies, including cloud-hosted and on-premises surveillance and access control solutions. • Experience selling SaaS and navigating complex sales cycles. • Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%) and work on classified projects requiring clearance. • Comfortable handling confidential information and engaging with high-level stakeholders.
