📋 Description
• Handle high end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios. • Develop strategy for satisfactory case resolutions. • Review reports, respond to inquiries, and communicate resolutions. • Attend mediations, trials, and hearings as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred. • Ten years of litigation handling experience. • Five years of claims management experience.
