• Coordinate customized temporary housing solutions for displaced policyholders. • Gather details about the insured’s lifestyle, household makeup, accessibility needs, pet considerations, and preferred amenities. • Conduct detailed market research using listing platforms, vendor databases, and internal tools. • Collaborate with corporate and independent housing vendors, landlords, and leasing agents to secure short-term rentals. • Secure favorable lease terms and maximize policy benefits while staying within guidelines. • Maintain high touch service throughout the policyholder’s stay, proactively resolving issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred. • Two (2) years experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management. • Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred.
