• Own the end‑to‑end demand intake and product operations approach across Product Ownership. • Bring structure, visibility and control to a complex backlog aligned to approved business cases. • Organise existing demand, define clear standards for intake, documentation and prioritisation. • Ensure all work is complete, governed and ready before entering the backlog. • Act as the single control point, rationalise inputs from multiple sources and maintain one trusted view of all demand and in‑flight work, with clear traceability, status and progress. • Drive accountability across Product Owners and stakeholders to keep data accurate and work moving. • Design and embed interim processes for intake, tracking and reporting where tooling is still evolving. • Partner with IT and the Product Model Centre of Excellence to translate operational needs into system requirements and lead the transition to a fully system‑enabled operating model. • Highlight demand levels, backlog health and delivery performance, enabling early identification of risks, bottlenecks and gaps.
• Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Extensive experience in Product Operations, PMO, or delivery governance roles within complex, matrixed environments. • A proven record of designing, owning, and materially improving intake, backlog, and operational processes, operating as a builder rather than a coordinator. • Confidence working effectively in environments with incomplete tooling, evolving operating models, or unclear structures, creating clarity where none exists. • Strong, hands-on knowledge of workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps, including contributing to configuration and process design. • The ability to drive accountability, persistence, and follow-through across diverse stakeholders without relying on formal authority. • A rigorous systems mindset, strong attention to detail and data integrity, with a clear focus on outcomes, visibility, and operational control.
• Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications • A Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme (SIPP) • Holiday allowance plus bank holidays (depending on location) • Flexible working from our office or your home • Health care support depending on country
