📋 Description
• Own the end‑to‑end demand intake and product operations approach across Product Ownership. • Bring structure, visibility and control to a complex backlog aligned to approved business cases. • Organise existing demand, define clear standards for intake, documentation and prioritisation. • Ensure all work is complete, governed and ready before entering the backlog. • Act as the single control point to rationalise inputs from multiple sources. • Maintain one trusted view of all demand and in‑flight work.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Extensive experience in Product Operations, PMO, or delivery governance roles within complex, matrixed environments. • A proven record of designing, owning, and materially improving intake, backlog, and operational processes. • Confidence working effectively in environments with incomplete tooling, evolving operating models, or unclear structures. • Strong, hands-on knowledge of workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps. • Ability to drive accountability, persistence, and follow-through across diverse stakeholders without relying on formal authority. • Rigorous systems mindset, strong attention to detail and data integrity, with a clear focus on outcomes.
