• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules, business processes, security, and related system functionality • Review and implement Workday modules, features, updates, releases, and patches • Streamline and automate Colleague Resources processes through Workday enhancements • Investigate technical issues, unexpected results, integration errors, and process weaknesses • Partner with HR, Total Rewards, IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate requirements into system designs • Manage Workday and related application configuration, design, maintenance, implementation, specifications, and documentation • Maintain data integrity through audits, reconciliations, mass data changes, and process improvement • Ensure change management documentation, procedures, and controls meet audit and compliance requirements • Assess new functionality, coordinate regression testing, and communicate system changes to end users • Develop and maintain custom reports for regular reporting, ad hoc requests, surveys, and audits • Analyse HR data to support leadership decision-making • Coordinate data exchanges with benefits providers and third parties; troubleshoot and support new integrations • Collaborate with third-party application and technical management vendors • Contribute to special projects and broader HRIS initiatives
• Strong hands-on Workday configuration and maintenance expertise across applications • Knowledge of Workday modules and cross-application processes • Strong HRIS and systems administration knowledge • Experience with business process improvement and automation • Experience troubleshooting technical issues, integration errors, and process weaknesses • Experience developing or modifying Workday reports • Experience with data audits, reconciliations, and data integrity • Experience with testing and release management • Business analysis and stakeholder partnership skills • Project and change management skills • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in an international team environment • Eight years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred • Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas is strongly preferred • Experience working with third-party vendors and international cross-functional teams is an advantage • Role based in Spain or Portugal
