📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain the Workday integration landscape, ensuring stability and scalability. • Design, build, and support integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB. • Perform EIB loads and troubleshoot related issues. • Develop and maintain XSLT transformations for data mapping and formatting. • Build and manage API integrations (REST and SOAP) between Workday and third-party systems. • Monitor integration performance, resolve errors, and implement enhancements. • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Workday Integrations experience – hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT/XML transformations, and Workday API integrations including REST and SOAP. • Good understanding of Workday architecture – ability to support integration design, data flows, security, reporting, and data quality across Workday domains. • Problem-solving mindset – confident in investigating integration issues, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable fixes. • Strong communication skills – able to work with HRIS, IT, business stakeholders and external partners, translating technical topics into clear and practical solutions. • International collaboration – comfortable working in a global environment, with stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
