📋 Description

• Actively participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including journal postings, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and financial analysis. • Contribute to the preparation of management reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. • Prepare ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support management decision-making. • Analyse financial performance and trends, providing meaningful insights and conclusions. • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, and investigate and resolve outstanding items. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. • Assist with group consolidation activities and group-level reporting. • Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of ERP and finance systems, including system testing, process design, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting solutions and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve finance processes, internal controls, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Carry out operational accounting activities and contribute to process automation and efficiency improvements. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to provide financial analysis and support informed decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • 7+ years of proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations. • Knowledge of IFRS. • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Experience supporting ERP implementations, finance transformation initiatives, or finance system enhancement projects. • Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI would be highly advantageous. • A professional accounting qualification would be an advantage. • Experience working within a multi-entity and international environment would be beneficial.
