📋 Description

• Create, issue, and manage RFQ’s and purchase orders for materials, components, and services. • Maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and monitor supplier performance. • Ensure materials arrive on time and meet specifications to support production and engineering schedules. • Evaluate quotes, commercial bid tabs, compare pricing, and support cost‑reduction initiatives. • Maintain accurate PO data, lead times, receipts, and vendor information in the ERP system. • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and project teams to resolve material issues. • Partnership with the team Expeditor in project timelines. • Address shortages, delays, and discrepancies; escalate risks early. • Ensure purchasing activities follow Sedron policies, quality standards, and audit requirements. • Maintain and issue reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered • 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain, production, project coordination, ERP or project tracking experience • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain • Strong organizational and time‑management skills • Ability to manage multiple POs and vendors simultaneously • Clear, professional communication skills • ERP proficiency (PO creation, lead time management, receipts) • Basic understanding of supply chain principles • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy • Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments • Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED • Must have effective verbal, reading, and written communication skills in the English language.
