📋 Description
• Build and maintain internal reporting for operational volume, case status and stage, cycle and resolution time, throughput, and service-level metrics • Own payment reconciliation reporting with exact results • Design and ship scoped, self-service reporting for enterprise clients • Model data in the analytics warehouse using dimensional models, incremental transformations, and tested, documented pipelines • Own the metric layer, including definitions, queries, business rules, and data dictionary • Reconcile reporting against source systems and maintain reconciliation as applications change • Apply role-scoped access and data minimization for regulated healthcare and payment data • Identify data-quality defects, quantify their impact, and drive fixes with engineering • Turn executive and client questions into defined metrics and communicate when data cannot answer a question • Extend reporting patterns and definitions across the company’s other products • Collaborate with senior fullstack engineers, QA, product management, and United States business leadership • Present reporting directly to executives and client counterparts
🎯 Requirements
• Expert SQL, including complex analytical queries, window functions, and query performance work • Hands-on experience with a data warehouse such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks • Experience modeling data in a warehouse • Experience with dimensional and semantic modeling over normalized transactional schemas • Experience shipping client-facing reporting used by external customers • Production-quality coding in Git and experience with code review • Ability to build and run transformation jobs • Experience with role-based access, personal or health data, and audit evidence in a regulated setting such as HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or similar • Professional English, written and spoken; fluency required • Minimum four hours of daily overlap with United States Eastern time, from 9:00 to 13:00 ET • Ability to contract and invoice independently in the country of residence • Ability to accept confidentiality and data-handling terms for regulated healthcare data • Nice to have: healthcare payments, claims, payer/provider data, No Surprises Act dispute resolution, dbt or comparable transformation framework, change data capture, financial reconciliation reporting, Python, TypeScript, embedded analytics or BI tools with row-level security, AWS, and prior work with a United States company in a regulated industry
