• Provide functional consulting and work on a global implementation program for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) based on Salesforce CG Cloud • Ensure correct understanding of local business needs, aligned with the global template • Act as a link between business areas and the technical team on challenging projects • Support ongoing interaction with global teams and validate configurations
• Elicit, analyze and validate requirements with business areas • Map and document processes for: • o Planning • o Targets & Funds • o Forecast • o Support for future activation of the Execution module • Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows and structured functional documentation • Support test cycles (SIT/UAT), validation of configurations and gap resolution • Ensure local requirements adhere to the program's global template • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment • Experience with commercial processes or Trade Promotion Management (TPM) • Experience in CRM or Salesforce projects (experience with CG Cloud is desirable) • Strong experience in functional documentation, process mapping and process design • Advanced English for interaction with global teams.
