• Will work on challenging projects with high technical complexity within an environment that values best practices, code quality, and professional growth. • Will work at one of Brazil's largest private banks.
• Strong knowledge of cross-platform development using Flutter and Dart, IntelliJ, and integration with push notification services; • Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture; • Experience with source code versioning using Git and solid knowledge of Git Flow; • Strong knowledge of design patterns and code quality with emphasis on unit and integration testing; • Good knowledge of Clean Code principles and SOLID; • Experience in agile development; • Experience integrating with REST APIs using HTTP communication; • Experience with CI/CD; • Experience with Flutter Nuvigator and state management; • Strong knowledge of application modularization; • Experience managing apps in official app stores and monitoring app health;

Early leave (2 hours) on the day of the employee's children's birthdays (up to 12 years old); • Leave: Marriage – 5 business days; Maternity – 6 months; Paternity – 20 days. Bereavement – 5 business days (direct relatives) and 1 business day (indirect relatives); • Gympass: Discounted plans for employees and dependents (participation according to the chosen plan). Active after 1 month of employment; • EAP – Employee Assistance Program: Free services for employees and dependents including legal, psychological, financial and social assistance, among others. Assistance is confidential and extends to direct and indirect dependents; • NBaby: Support program to ensure physical and emotional health during pregnancy and up to 1 year after birth, for employees and dependents; • Robotics Workshop: Encourages digital creation for children and their families. Workshops aim to motivate young people about technology; • Partnerships: Educational institutions (discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses), language schools, retail, pharmacies and restaurants; • NAV/DASA: Online medical consultations to avoid hospital visits when diagnosis can be made via video.
