📋 Description

• Analyze customer quality data, focusing on electronic systems and components. • Perform survey analysis to identify trends and systemic issues affecting customer satisfaction. • Conduct warranty data analysis to detect recurring failures and support corrective actions. • Investigate and resolve quality issues at the vehicle and subsystem level, especially in electrical and electronic domains. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, suppliers) to implement effective solutions. • Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations in English for internal and external stakeholders. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality standards. • Travel as needed to customer or project sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. • Proven experience in data analysis for quality issues in the automotive industry, with a focus on electronic systems. • Hands-on experience in vehicle-level and subsystem-level problem solving. • Familiarity with warranty analysis tools and methodologies is a strong plus. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken). • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. • Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
