📋 Description

• Lead quality assurance activities for electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, connectors, sensors, and control modules. • Develop and implement quality control plans, FMEAs, and PPAP documentation for new and existing products. • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for electrical-related issues. • Support supplier quality management, including audits, APQP processes, and incoming inspection of electrical components. • Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, such as defect rates, warranty claims, and customer feedback. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. • Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and reliability of electrical systems. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using tools like Six Sigma, 8D, and Lean Manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in automotive quality engineering, preferably in electrical systems. • Strong knowledge of automotive standards and tools: IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA. • Experience with electrical diagnostics, circuit analysis, and wiring schematics. • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC). • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. • Experience with OEM or Tier 1 suppliers. • Familiarity with EOL testing, CAN communication, and electrical validation protocols. • Certification in Six Sigma, CQE, or similar is a plus.
