• The Value Optimization Engineer (VOE) is responsible for planning, validating, and implementing cost reduction ideas to meet the Value Optimization Savings target by system and commodity area. • The selected candidate will collaborate with engineers, suppliers, vehicle integration, purchasing, quality, finance, etc. on thorough evaluation, validation and presentation of recommended ideas and their associated business cases.
🎯 Requirements
• Needed: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical is preferred, Chemical can be evaluated) • 3 years of proven experience as part of an engineering team • Project management proven experience • English advanced. • Preferable: Experience in working with cross-functional teams, e.g. Purchasing, Quality, Suppliers, Manufacturing, Finance, etc. • Experience in cost savings • Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail • Self-starter approach, high motivation, goal-oriented
