📋 Description

• Work alongside our environment team, proposing new technologies or adjustments to the current platform • Focus on the performance and stability of the entire production solution • Participate in creating new environments for new solutions • Analyze the current platform to propose new approaches that bring improvements in performance, stability, or cost • Continuously analyze Segware's solutions for potential cost reductions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6–8 years working in SRE/DevOps • Experience with complex environments, high availability, and large workloads • Track record in infrastructure migrations, cost optimization, and performance tuning • Experience leading automation, architecture, or production system improvement projects • Technical English for reading documentation • Experience with Linux • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL and MongoDB) • Experience with Docker • CI/CD, Jenkins, Git • AWS • Apache Kafka • Docker Swarm and/or Kubernetes • Redis • Experience with distributed and multithreaded applications • Experience in performance analysis and optimization of algorithms and SQL
