📋 Description
• Sei is the first parallelized layer 1 blockchain. • As part of the DeFi team at Sei, you will drive our efforts to obtain and drive meaningful DeFi partnerships and opportunities for a thriving ecosystem. • This outbound position requires deep industry knowledge about DeFi trends and the ability to forge significant partnerships. • This remote role must be based in APAC • Language: Bilingual in Mandarin (Native Speaker) and English.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year in a DeFi focused business development, partnerships, or strategy role within the DeFi intelligence industry; experience with web3 or blockchain technology is a strong plus • Prior VC experience, particularly in DeFi • Deep understanding crypto market dynamics, how to work with DeFi teams, and resources required for a smooth GTM and onboarding • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Robust network within the crypto space, especially in the DeFi sector • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
