📋 Description

• Responsible for accounting operations and resolution of accounting issues for clients. • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing accurate accounting packages. • Conduct performance appraisals and provide career pathing and training for team members. • Generate and reconcile all accounting reporting, ensuring 100% accuracy. • Review and approve month-end valuations prior to distribution to client. • Authorize wire payments from fund’s escrow accounts. • Engage with investment managers and resolve open issues and questions. • Facilitate onboarding of new clients by gathering client requirements and submitting any custom requests.

🎯 Requirements

• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fund services industry, alternatives experience required. • Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience. • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. • Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls. • Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers. • Attention-to-detail to ensure that all deliverables consistently meet the highest standard of quality and accuracy. • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
