📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between business areas, IT, consulting firms, vendors, and leadership • Coordinate initiatives under the Tax Reform Program, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions • Manage the receipt, assessment, prioritization, and follow-up of requests • Monitor schedules, deliverables, and commitments, ensuring execution on time • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, leading mitigation actions • Engage stakeholders, teams, and partners to ensure deadlines are met • Facilitate communication across departments, promoting collaboration and transparency • Support the definition and execution of the IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives • Lead governance, follow-up, and status reporting meetings • Propose solutions to organizational, operational, and technology-related challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English • Experience in project management and coordination of strategic IT initiatives • Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments • Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts • Experience working with business areas, technical teams, consulting firms, and vendors • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Tax Reform projects or regulatory initiatives (preferred) • Knowledge of SAP environments and enterprise systems (preferred) • Experience working in global companies and multicultural environments (preferred) • Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance (preferred)
