📋 Description
• Provide operational support for SAP integrations, ensuring continuity of operations • Handle support tickets, implement improvements, and support projects • Develop, monitor, and maintain integrations using SAP CPI • Assist in the analysis and resolution of integration incidents, ensuring SLAs are met • Collaborate with SAP teams and external systems
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with SAP CPI (Integration Suite) • Knowledge of the SAP BTP platform • Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems • Experience in AMS/Support (Application Management Services) • Experience handling support tickets, implementing improvements, and working on projects • Preferred: Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure companies
