• Configure and evolve the Salesforce platform; • Custom objects and relationships; • Flows and advanced automations; • Validation rules; • Security assignments (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles); • Page layouts, record types and Lightning App Builder; • Advanced reports and dashboards; • Perform functional troubleshooting and provide support to internal teams; • Support developers with functional specifications and technical validation.
• Solid, proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant. • Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Proficiency in advanced Flows (subflows, invocations, decisions, collections). • Experience in advanced configuration of objects, fields, permissions and automations. • Experience with customized reports and dashboards. • Knowledge of integrations following best practices (even if not performing development). • Ability to work autonomously and be delivery-oriented. • Knowledge of CPQ solutions. • Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant).
• Help prioritize requests and guide users on correct platform usage. • Ensure best practices, governance and consistency in created solutions. • Support functional testing, user acceptance and deployment. • Work on continuous improvement, performance and usability initiatives. • Understand needs and translate business requests into configurable solutions.
