📋 Description

• Planning, coordination and support of innovation and AI projects. • Preparation of project documentation, reports and decision-making papers. • Evaluation of AI use cases according to defined criteria. • Design and structuring of internal AI training programs. • Support in stakeholder and change management.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management or organizational development. • Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work. • Interest in digital topics and new technologies. • Preferable: experience in change or transformation processes.
