📋 Description

• Lead development and enhancement of Seismic’s search technologies, focusing on generative search within the Seismic Aura AI engine • Collaborate extensively with data science, engineering, product design, and GTM teams to align product surfaces, intents, and use cases • Develop deep understanding of Seismic’s product and customers’ problems in the Sales Enablement space to drive growth and retention • Translate product strategy into roadmaps informed by customers, stakeholders, market and competitive research • Build business cases for investment integrating usability studies, research, and market/competitive analysis • Develop specifications, negotiate and define scopes, and partner with design, engineering, and data science to deliver capabilities • Work hands-on with data scientists to build AI & ML models and applications, assessing tradeoffs and evaluating results • Define and analyze key metrics to inform decisions and measure product initiative success • Support go-to-market processes and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success for launch readiness and adoption • Engage with customers on security and privacy matters pertaining to deploying AI models in regulated and non-regulated industries • Stay informed on latest trends and techniques in AI/ML-driven search to ensure innovative, user-aligned solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related STEM field • 4+ years of proven software Product Management experience • 2+ years of experience in information retrieval and search systems • 2+ years of experience in the machine learning & data science space, ideally hands-on • Experience in Python or related languages for data analytics and machine learning • Product taste - demonstrated passion for user experience and solving customer problems • Understand modern machine learning technologies and platforms • Technical acumen to discuss technical tradeoffs, scalability, and technologies with engineers • Strategic thinker, analytical, detail-oriented, results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills • Motivated self-starter able to translate uncertainty and ambiguity into clear plans • Ability to develop a strong point of view and collaborate with humility and diplomacy • West coast candidates preferred due to global collaboration with engineering team based in China
