📋 Description
• As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will work with your team and customers to gather requirements and oversee implementation through to release and ongoing development of a software application. • You will support a project to build the communication infrastructure as part of the digital transformation of public administration, helping to drive and shape digital change. • You act as the link between customers and the development team, translating needs into actionable requirements. • You analyze new requirements and derive user stories from them. • Together with the team and customers, you develop the product backlog as well as ongoing sprint goals and releases. • You are the main point of contact for our customers and convince them with your communication skills. • Together with your team, you are responsible for quality assurance and the reliable delivery of new features and releases. • You work closely with other teams, subprojects and consultants.
🎯 Requirements
• A completed degree or comparable qualification, preferably with a technical background • Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working your way into complex topics in a structured manner • Team-oriented, reliable working style with high quality standards and enjoyment in collaborating with customers and the team • Clear, understandable and proactive communication • Initial experience as a Product Owner, preferably in agile software development projects • Willingness to travel and very good German language skills (C2)
