📋 Description

• You want to help shape the digitalization of public administration and contribute your innovative ideas within an agile working environment. • As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will accompany the requirement elicitation and implementation together with your team and clients, through to release and further development of a software application. • With a project to build the communication infrastructure as part of public administration digitalization, you will help master and actively drive digital transformation. • You act as a bridge between clients and the development team, translating needs into actionable requirements. • You analyze new requirements and derive user stories from them. • Together with the team and clients, you develop the product backlog, ongoing sprint goals, and releases. • You are the primary contact for our clients and convince them with your strong communication skills. • Together with your team, you are responsible for quality assurance and the reliable delivery of new features and releases. • You work closely with other teams, subprojects, and consultants.

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a technical field • Analytical thinking and enjoyment in working through complex topics in a structured way • Team-oriented, reliable working style with high quality standards and enjoyment in collaborating with clients and the team • Clear, understandable, and proactive communication • Some experience as a Product Owner, preferably in agile software development projects • Willingness to travel and very good German language skills (C2 or native speaker)
