📋 Description
• Design and functional development of the Jira system landscape, including deriving and implementing technical requirements • Support in the administration and further development of Jira, Confluence and JSM (Jira Service Management) • Advising business units on process and workflow optimizations • Participation in IT projects and automations within the Atlassian environment • Creating reports and supporting system analyses • Ensuring system stability and user administration
🎯 Requirements
• Initial experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) • Analytical thinking, technical understanding and self‑initiative • Interest in automation and modern collaboration solutions • Team player with strong communication skills • Basic agile knowledge or willingness to learn
