📋 Description

• Manage the commercial sales process from preparing quotations and processing orders through invoicing and license administration • Provide operational support to Account Executives and the sales team, taking on administrative tasks • Maintain customer, contract, and license data in CRM and ERP systems • Prepare maintenance and contract invoices • Monitor contract terms, renewals, and cancellation notice periods • Support partners and customers by phone and in writing with administrative questions regarding quotations, orders, and licenses • Prepare sales reports and analyze key performance indicators • Use AI tools for quotation texts, summaries, data maintenance, and reporting • Further develop automation and process improvements collaboratively • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Support, and Product Management, managing cross-functional interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or vocational qualification • 3–5 years of professional experience in inside sales, sales administration, order processing, or a comparable role • Proficient use of CRM and ERP systems • Ideally, experience with software licensing and maintenance models • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage • Affinity for AI; experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in day-to-day work, or willingness to use these tools confidently • Ability to critically evaluate the results generated by AI tools • Structured, meticulous, and reliable approach to work • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset • Initiative, with a process-oriented and improvement-focused approach • Fluent spoken and written German (at least C1 level) • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
