âą Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate Selector Softwareâs AIOps analytics solution capabilities âą Scope and architect customer deployments of the SelectorAI platform âą Provide post-sales technical support in collaboration with Customer Success team âą Help customers solve issues related to network and application layer protocols âą Deliver talks on technical topics at trade shows and marketing events
đŻ Requirements
âą Strong understanding of application and network protocols âą Technical knowledge of AIOps solutions âą Troubleshooting technical challenges âą Experience with Content Delivery Networks (CDN), cloud computing and cloud infrastructure âą Ability to educate customers on the use of SelectorAI platform âą Experience with network monitoring protocols such as SNMP and telemetry (gNMI) âą Proficiency in various network and application layer protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VoIP âą Experience delivering technical presentations
