📋 Description

• Lead and manage transmission line design projects from conception through completion. • Provide technical oversight on the design of overhead transmission lines (115kV and higher). • Review calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with NESC, IEEE, and utility standards. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and technical excellence. • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables. • Support proposal development, resource planning, and project budgeting. • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in transmission engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering. • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. • 7+ years of experience in transmission line design, with direct experience on 115kV systems. • Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and related design software. • Strong understanding of applicable codes and standards (NESC, IEEE, ASCE). • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing technical teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
