📋 Description

• Manages the commission reconciliation duties for the division at a policy level • Researches and resolve commission and non-commission issues in communication with the carrier • Assists in data management and integrity of the division • Generates monthly cash reconciliation reports for the corporate office • Resolves all policy level commission issues where data does not match that of the carriers • Prepares and maintains appropriate schedules and reports as requested • Supports the development and optimization of the firms proprietary revenue tracking system • Researches accounts payable and accounts receivable issues as needed • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by superiors • Create, maintain, and update training documents and procedures Workflows guides and documentation • Experience with excel/sheets and knowledge of software systems. • Assists with team development providing mentoring support and encouragement.

🎯 Requirements

• Commissions Analyst I experience preferred • Insurance knowledge or experience preferred • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations accounting finance strategy and business operations or similar relevant experience required • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets required • 1+ years of experience working with cross functional partners and stakeholder management required
