📋 Description
• As the subject matter expert and technical lead, the Manager, Reporting and Analytics manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance. • Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models. • Consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. • Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. • Builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. • Collaborates with teams to understand each data analysis project's underlying purpose, focus, and objectives. • Designs, develops, and oversees implementation of the most valuable data-driven solutions for the client.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree required; graduate degree preferred • 2-5 years’ experience as an internal consultant leading cross departmental teams and successfully working in matrixed structures • 8+ years’ experience servicing complex government contracts in the mortgage space (e.g., Freddie, Fannie) • 10+ years experience in progressively responsible business intelligence and reporting and analytics management assignments • Certified in using client proprietary systems (e.g., Freddie) • Limited travel expected, less than 5%
