• Coordinate analytics projects for the monetization verticals with a focus on impact-driven prioritization • Act as the interface with Product and Insurance stakeholders, negotiating scope and managing expectations • Ensure the quality, consistency and relevance of analytical deliverables (dashboards, exploratory analyses, models) • Collaborate with the Analytics Engineering & AI pillar to define data requirements and evolve the semantic layer • Translate business needs into structured analytical specifications for the team
• Proven experience in people coordination (direct management, not only technical or project leadership) • Proficiency in SQL • Professional experience in growth, product, or marketing areas, with understanding of business logic beyond technical skills • Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders, including the skill to prioritize requests and protect the team’s capacity • Transparent and collaborative attitude, willing to share context, flag risks and seek alignment • Not required but a strong plus: • Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms • Experience with experimentation and controlled testing (A/B testing, control groups) • Familiarity with digital product metrics (LTV, churn, contact rate, conversion funnel) • Experience with BI tools • Exposure to AI/ML projects applied to business • Stack: Databricks, SQL, Python
