📋 Description

• Customer service via WhatsApp, operating in a multi-screen environment • Making outbound and inbound calls to offer, negotiate, and provide support for portfolio products • Reading, analyzing, completing, and sending spreadsheets for control and tracking of information • Managing emails, including receiving, handling, and responding to customers • Providing customer support for inquiries, requests, and issue resolution • Monitoring the customer journey, ensuring quality in service and after-sales support

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education • Experience with telephone sales or customer retention • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) • Reliable internet connection • Strong verbal and written communication skills
