• Outbound sales: Proactively approach potential customers • Existing account development: Identify growth potential • Conduct engaging conversations with prospective clients • Market analysis: Monitor and analyze trends • Networking: Build and maintain relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Sales Manager or sales representative in the hotel industry and/or the MICE sector • Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills • Excellent communication skills • Analytical skills for working with data and KPIs • Hands-on mentality and comfort with agile ways of working • Ability to work independently in a remote (home office) or on-site environment • Business-fluent German (negotiation-level) and good English skills
