⢠Experience as a Sales Manager or sales representative in the hotel industry and/or the MICE sector ⢠Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills ⢠Excellent communication skills ⢠Analytical skills for working with data and KPIs ⢠Hands-on mentality and comfort with agile ways of working ⢠Ability to work independently in a remote (home office) or on-site environment ⢠Business-fluent German (negotiation-level) and good English skills
