Continuously improve processes for efficiency and scalability. • Partner with global teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach tailored for India. • Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing local team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. • Represent the company externally at industry events, customer forums, and with key stakeholders to build brand reputation and influence in the India market.
• 12–15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors • Proven success as a Country Manager, Sales Leader, or P&L owner in India • Strong track record in complex enterprise sales, with experience scaling channel ecosystems and managing C-level relationships • Deep understanding of Local enterprise procurement practices, regulatory landscape, and business culture • Demonstrated ability to scale organizations, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in high-growth or fast-changing environments • Fluent in Local language, with strong business-level English • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic acumen, commercial focus, and people leadership skills.
