📋 Description

• Deliver and reinforce enablement initiatives focused on Solution Engineer-supported sales motions and technical selling workflows. • Partner directly with aligned solution engineering leaders and sales leaders to support adoption of enablement initiatives and selling best practices. • Reinforce discovery, demo, and solution positioning best practices through live sessions, roleplays, and embedded enablement. • Support Solution Engineers in applying enablement within active opportunities through practice, reinforcement, and deal-focused guidance. • Gather field feedback and execution signals and share insights with the broader enablement team. • Help drive consistent execution and follow-through across supported technical selling motions and enablement initiatives. • Collaborate with Field and Central Enablement teams to ensure alignment and consistency across initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales enablement, solution consulting, sales engineering, or a related field. • Strong understanding of customer-facing sales environments and solution-based selling. • Comfortable facilitating enablement sessions, roleplays, and reinforcement activities within customer-facing sales environments. • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and reinforce complex concepts. • Collaborative mindset with experience working across sales, product, marketing, operations, or technical teams. • Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
