Customers can upload CAD files or use templates/parts builder for instant pricing, order expedited production and ship finished parts; the company also operates a marketplace for selling finished designs and serves both hobbyists and industrial clients.

📋 Description

• Use software like Autodesk Fusion, CAMplete, and others to perform DFM checks and optimize customer designs for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing • Review customer models to plan machining strategy, including tool selection, feed speeds and operation sequencing • Create, refine, and validate CAM programs for 3+2 and 5-axis machining using simulation and test runs to ensure accuracy and print compliance • Develop effective tabbing and fixturing strategies to secure parts during machining • Monitor orders through production, troubleshoot machining or program issues, and ensure finished parts meet SendCutSend quality standards • Work closely with our design and manufacturing teams to improve workflows, share feedback, and continuously evolve our processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English • Understanding of DFM principles and their application in CNC machining • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Basic knowledge of CNC programming, tool selection, feeds, and speeds • Comfortable troubleshooting machining and program issues independently • Able and willing to work with your hands in a mechanical way
