📋 Description

• Own sendmarc.com as a product, including technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, page performance, page-authoring workflows, organic traffic, and inbound leads • Design, ship, instrument, and iterate customer-facing growth tools and embeddable widgets • Build domain analysis, spoofability checks, conversational assistants, and other demand-generation tools • Automate manual work across SEO, content, and go-to-market operations • Provide leverage to marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams • Own CI/CD and release quality across products, including pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and reliability • Build with AI agents and tooling, including reusable patterns, MCP and API integrations, and workflows • Set and execute an independent product roadmap alongside the Chief Innovation Officer • Work directly with marketing, sales, revenue operations, and partnerships stakeholders to identify problems and ship solutions • Instrument products, measure real usage, and continuously improve them • Establish shared components, patterns, and infrastructure to reduce the cost of future tools

🎯 Requirements

• Comfort moving between marketing sites, customer-facing tools, internal dashboards, and data integrations • Product-minded approach; able to turn stakeholder conversations into working prototypes • Customer-oriented and comfortable working directly with users • Proficient with AI tools, AI IDEs such as Claude Code and Cursor, MCPs, agents, and LLM APIs • Self-directed with high initiative and sound independent judgment • Experience owning environments, pipelines, and release processes • Fluency in a modern, typed web stack • Ability to reason about SSR, routing, bundling, and performance • Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, containers, automated testing, monitoring, and alerting • Kubernetes exposure is a strong plus • Experience with APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and integrations • Knowledge of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, Search Console, keyword data, and attribution through to pipeline • Background in CRM, analytics, and campaign tooling • Equivalent modern stack experience; exact experience with Sendmarc's stack is not required
