📋 Description

• Perform review of claims for completeness and accuracy, determining if additional information is needed • Apply government-established methodologies and personal judgement to perform substantive review of claims • If claim is eligible for relief, recommend that the claim be approved • If claim is ineligible for relief, draft a decision letter to the borrower • Perform quality check of all work products

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an ABA approved law school • Member of the bar authorized to practice law in any jurisdiction in the U.S. in good standing • 15 years of experience practicing law • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing • Ability to obtain a public trust level clearance • Will be required to submit a writing sample of original work at least 5 pages in length
