• **THE ROLE** • As a Senior Stylist Partner, you act as a digital consultant. You provide high-level professional consultation to users via our app, helping them navigate hair concerns, product choices, and style changes. • - Digital Consultations: Deliver instant message chat consultations to users. • - Unbiased Expertise: Recommend solutions based on hair science and suitability, not sales targets. • - Flexible Availability: Log in and work whenever you choose. You have total control over your schedule. • - Quality Standard: Maintain a consistently high user rating (4.0+ Stars) to remain active on the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• **MANDATORY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS** • To protect the integrity of the "Senior" title, our vetting process is rigorous. You must meet the following criteria to apply: • - Experience: Minimum 10 Years of verifiable commercial salon experience. • - Qualification: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent international standard) in Hairdressing. • - Insurance: You must be eligible for our Master Policy (automatic enrollment and coverage is provided; a nominal deductible of £70/year applies from your 4th month). • - Tech Capable: You must own a modern smartphone and have a reliable internet connection.
