• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the market and acquire customers in the food segment — with a focus on Sweet & Dairy as well as Beverages • Identify and qualify potential customers through market analysis and build a comprehensive customer database • Independently manage the entire sales process — from initial contact to contract closing — and build sustainable relationships with decision-makers • Acquire profitable new customers to meet company and revenue targets • Build a strong regional customer portfolio with high development potential • Advise management on sales-related matters and integrate efficient internal sales processes • Prepare sales forecasts and regularly analyze and report on business development • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to strengthen brand presence
• More than 5 years of professional experience in flavors or ingredients within B2B sales in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on Sweet & Dairy and Beverages • Solid knowledge of the regional market and industry structure and the ability to act as an internal consultant • Willingness to travel (min. 60%) within Germany for customer visits • Excellent German skills and fluent English required; additional language skills are a plus
